The mandap or wedding pavilion are major part of Indian wedding.Most essential ceremony of Indian wedding take place under the wedding pavilion or mandap.wedding mandap is well decorated with beautiful colored flowers.A sacred structure supported by four pillars under which the bride and groom are seated and exchange their wedding vows.The four-pillared structure is said to represents the four Vedas as well as the four goals of a fulfilled Hindu life (Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha). The symbolism of the mandap goes further with each pillar being understood to represent the four parents of the couple, without whose support, love and blessings, the marriage would not have come to take place.
My wedding mandap was decorated with sky blue an white colored combination.My wedding color theme was also same so we followed same as for mandap and trust me it vows me and everybody else

The basic requirement of a wedding is actually only the basic structure with four pillars/ corners .As per Indian tradition wedding mandap is made of bamboo stick decorated with mainly red and silver color beautiful color flowers are used for mandap decoration.But trebd is changed now modern and contemporary mandap decoration is more in demand red and silver is replaced by blue and vine colors traditional touch is always given to these weddingmandaps .four pillars are tradition of mandap as tehy represent for vedas .Mandap is usually set up in open place it said mandap should not be setup under a roof.

3)havan samgari
4)chowkis or chairs, depending on your cultural preferences
5)pundit (without pundit marriage cannot be perform so he is in top most list )
