on my wedding i was wearing red dress to look more traditional on wedding day. Red is basic color for bride as par my opinion if none of color suits you you an blindly go for red color .I did red golden make up i was very nervous as i never like dark lipstick but i was amazed to see myself after wedding make up was done red lipstick was looking very beautiful on my face with red golden bridal dress(lehenga).It is difficult to carry heavy make up so i suggest always apply water proof make up on wedding ( summers as well as winters ).The makeup of the bride is kept exclusive to make her stand out of the crowd, but should not look overdone at any cost.
